Life On Mars always has always held high health standards and we have increased precautions and protocols even more during the pandemic. Our staff, customers and community mean a lot to us and we want everyone to stay safe!
What we are doing:
- Frequent cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas including all prep stations, counters, fixtures and pens. And of course washing our hands!
- Staff are wearing masks during their shifts and wearing gloves when handling food and consumables, etc.
- Wiping down all surfaces with sanitizing disinfectant frequently throughout the day. Sanitizing items like pens between uses and using single use items where possible.
- Screening employees at the beginning of each shift to make sure they are ready to serve.
- Providing hand sanitizer.
- We have outdoor dining and limited indoor dining: our tables are spaced apart and keep our windows open for ventilation.
What we’re asking of you:
- Wear a mask. You are required to wear a mask when you pick up your order and when you are at your table not eating or drinking. No exceptions. Your mask protects us, and our mask protects you.
- Stay home if you feel sick: please stay home if you have a cough, sore throat, fever, chills, body aches or shortness of breath. Please do not come to Life On Mars even for take out! Please send a healthy friend or family member to pick up your order if you need to. Stay home! Stay safe!
- Space out. When you arrive, please wait 6 feet apart and just generally give everyone some space. Please use spacing and wear your mask when you use the restroom.
- Prepay: We highly encourage you to pre-order and pre-pay online before you come to Life On Mars for take out. If that is not possible, no problem! You may still walk up and we will be happy to see you and take your order.
